The beginning.....
You’ve got to be cool with us being in your space, capturing the day as it unfolds. Don’t worry—you won't even realize we are there. We will be sure to grab those perfectly posed shots to share with family, update your FB profile with, or for proud display on your desk at work. But we will also catch the little things that often are forgotten as the day goes by. Belly laughs, ugly cries, mad dance moves. We want to give you something to look back on over and over again and recall how you felt, not just how you looked, at that moment in time. This is why we believe that of all things wedding-related, a great photographer is truly one of the most important aspects of your wedding.
Going forward, we will no longer provide "hours" of coverage. What we have learned in the last few years of Photographing weddings, is that when we set a timeframe for coverage, our couples feel like they have to plan each moment out to make sure its getting captured and have the worry of not having enough time or forgetting something.
The BEST thing that I have figured out is when you take away the timeframe and specify exactly what is covered, everyone that is involved is relaxed!
But don't worry!! Before we exit, we will come find you and let you know how much time is left for any last minute photo ops! ◡̈
The master plan will be discussed with the bride and groom. We serve as the primary contact on the day of for your guests regarding any questions they may have. We are on-site for the entire ceremony and celebration to ensure that your vendors have arrived and assist with any last-minute set ups/details, assist the photographer in organizing family members, organize the ceremony line-up and reception introduction, and deal with any “emergencies.”
We help guide you through the process of establishing a smooth Wedding Day of events. The last thing you need to worry about is when the next event is supposed to happen or is going to happen. Most of the time this is your first rodeo, and you are unsure of when things are supposed to happen or when they should happen. And honestly, it's really totally up to you! We will get together 3 weeks before and create a rough draft of events and then once again 1 week before the event to make sure we have all of our bases covered. On the day of the event, you can just sit back and relax and let us handle the rest! We will make sure everyone that needs a timeline will have one and that everyone is informed at all times.
That's right! You read that correctly!!! You will in fact get a NEXT day sneak of your amazing day! We literally have SO much fun doing what we do, that the moment I get home (no matter what time that may be) we unload the car and settle into home and start to work right away! I have these beautiful images that I want to share with you and your family as quickly as possible.
Again, That's right! You read that correctly, too!!! You will in fact get your entire gallery a WEEK from your amazing day! Ok, maybe I'm just crazy. HA! But for real, fully delivered gallery. How exciting! Because I know these are SUPER important images from literally one of the BEST days of your life. And you are just as excited to get them too!!
