This service begins a week before your wedding day and includes formulating a plan for the day to ensure that every detail is in place and that the event is being managed by a professional. The master plan will be discussed with the bride and groom. We serve as the primary contact on the day of for your guests regarding any questions they may have. We are on-site for the entire ceremony and celebration to ensure that your vendors and bridal party have arrived on time, assist with any last-minute set ups/details, assist the photographer in organizing family members, organize the ceremony line-up and reception introduction, and deal with any “emergencies.”

wedding day timeline planning:


We help guide you through the process of establishing a smooth Wedding Day of events. The last thing you need to worry about is when the next event is supposed to happen or is going to happen. Most of the time this is your first rodeo, and you are unsure of when things are supposed to happen or when they should happen. And honestly, it's really totally up to you! We will get together 3 weeks before and create a rough draft of events and then once again 1 week before the event to make sure we have all of our bases covered. On the day of the event, you can just sit back and relax and let us handle the rest! We will make sure everyone that needs a timeline will have one and that everyone is informed at all times.

next day sneak peeks:


That's right! You read that correctly!!! You will in fact get a NEXT day sneak of your amazing day! We literally have SO much fun doing what we do, that the moment I get home (no matter what time that may be) we unload the car and settle into home and start to work right away! I have these beautiful images that I want to share with you and your family as quickly as possible.

one week gallery delivery:


Again, That's right! You read that correctly, too!!! You will in fact get your entire gallery a WEEK from your amazing day! Ok, maybe I'm just crazy. HA! But for real, fully delivered gallery. How exciting! Because I know these are SUPER important images from literally one of the BEST days of your life. And you are just as excited to get them too!!
